The information requested from your project management tool is requested in real-time, with only ticket IDs stored on enform.io. The integration only requests and performs read-only requests.

Basic digest

Once you have connected to your project management tool, you will start receiving regular digests that summarise everything that has transitioned since the last update. You can manage the frequency and what’s included in your digest under your team settings.

There are a few nuances depending on the project management tool being used.

Jira Digests

Digests from Jira track issues that have been updated since the last update, with information about the overarching epic, including how many issues are currently in progress (in grey) and how many issues have been completed (in green).

Trello Digests

Digests from Trello track cards that have been updated since the last update, the progress indicator refers to how many checklist items have been completed as an overall percentage (in green). If the card does not have a checklist, the progress indicator does not show.

Azure DevOps Digests

Digests from Azure DevOps show items and their parent items that have been updated since the last update, the progress indicator refers to how many child items have been completed as an overall percentage (in green).

Next: Receive digests summarized by goal

To help add even more context to your digests, you have the option to link to new or existing goals from the dashboard. As you link items from your project management solution to goals in Enform, digests will then be summarized by Goal. Allowing you to easily gain a view of what has been happening with regards to progress towards your main goals and objectives.
