The first step is to integrate with a project management solution such as Jira, our integrations only use read-only API requests, your data is never manipulated or changed. Once you are connected to your project management solution you will start receiving basic Daily Digests that will provide an overview of how epics in flight are progressing.

To add more context to your digests, the next step is to organize them by goals. This will allow you to see how issues that relate to your business objectives are progressing. It will also allow you to monitor product delivery without the tedious need to go hunting for that information.

Send your first update
For the best outcome, block out 20 - 30 minutes in your calendar at the end of the week to reflect on the work that’s been done, review the results and share an update with your commentary on top. It’s an excellent way to celebrate the wins and send everyone off into the weekend.
